907 Surplus Return Policy

907 Surplus accepts eligible merchandise returns for a refund of the item price.

Return eligibility

• Returns must be received within 14 days after the customer receives the order.
• Customers must contact 907 Surplus by email within seven days after delivery.
• Items must be in resalable condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to return an order

1. Contact 907 Surplus at [email protected].
2. Securely package the item in sellable condition.
3. Include a note stating your name, address, and that you are requesting a refund of the item price.
4. Place the sender’s address on the package and preferably on the item or enclosed note as well.
5. Ship the return to:

Customers may use a shipping service of their choice. A secure, trackable service that requires a signature upon delivery is recommended.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within five working days after the returned merchandise is received.

Packages without a sender’s address may be removed and disposed of 60 days after receipt.
